Our CD manufacturing service is fast and cost effective and we can deliver professional looking CDs in as little as 24 hours. CDs are capable of storing up to 700mb of data or 80 minutes of audio in either CD-Rom or Audio CD format.
We offer three CD disc production services depending on your particular requirements. If you need the CD discs to be blank ready to burn your own audio or data, then our CD disc printing service is just for you. Our CD duplication service is ideal if you require anything from 20 Audio CDs or CD-Roms printed and duplicated and delivered in a few days. Our CD replication service is perfect for runs over 3000 units.
Video Africa provides a number of printing options for your CD including Black Thermal printing, Full Colour Thermal printing, Silk Screen printing and Offset printing. For short runs we recommend Thermal printing which is available in either black or full colour photo quality. Thermal printing is both scratch and waterproof and we can produce as few as 20 printed CDs in as little as 24 hours. For longer runs, we recommend Screen printing which is used for printing up to 5 solid pantone colours on the disc. This is perfect for printing solid backgrounds or corporate pantones directly on the body of the CD disc. We produce silk screen CD's from 250 to thousands of discs in as little as 5 working days. Both Screen and Litho printed CD-Rs are waterproof.
