DVDs are capable of storing up to to 4.7GB with a single layer disc and 9.4GB with a dual layer disc.

We offer three DVD disc production services depending on your particular requirements. If you need the DVD discs to be blank ready to burn your own video or data, then our DVD disc printing service is just for you. Our DVD duplication service is ideal if you require anything from 20 Video DVDs or DVD-Roms printed and duplicated and delivered in a few days. Our DVD replication service is perfect for runs over 1000 units.

Video Africa provides a number of printing options for your DVD including Black Thermal printing, Full Colour Thermal printing, Silk Screen printing and Offset printing. For short runs we recommend Thermal printing which is available in either black or full colour photo quality. Thermal printing is both scratch and waterproof and we can produce as few as 20 printed DVDs in as little as 24 hours. For longer runs, we recommend Screen printing which is used for printing up to 5 solid pantone colours on the disc. This is perfect for printing solid backgrounds or corporate pantones directly on the body of the DVD disc. Litho printing is used for full colour or fine detail. Both Screen and Litho printed DVD-Rs are waterproof.

Whether you need 20 or 5000, we can supply the DVDs on spindle either packed in a wide range of printed or plain packaging ready for distribution.

DVD Duplication

The DVD Duplication Process "burns" or "duplicates" your dvd duplication content directly onto pre-existing blank DVDR media. Customers will typically utilize the short run DVD Duplication Process for lower volume or when requiring a quick turnaround. DVD Replication

DVD Replication is the Disc Manufacturing process used for larger volume projects from 1000 discs whereby a Glass Master of the content is made and used to press replicated or "cloned" copies from the master. This DVD Manufacturing process produces professional high quality exact copies that have the highest possible playback capabilities. Printed Blank DVD-R

Our DVD Printing service is both fast and cost effective and we deliver a professional looking blank DVD-R ready for burning. All DVD-Rs are grade 'A' media, scratch resistant and water proof with typical turnaround times of 2-5 working days.
